How our onboarding works.

STEP 1

You want to join the ABC.

Cool, we're happy to hear that! If you already know a member of the ABC, it's best to chat with them directly. If not, just write a message in the channel #welcome-chat on Discord or come to the Orga-Meeting. We always spend the first fifteen minutes introducing ourselves when new people join.

STEP 2

You get a buddy assigned to you.

Your buddy will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will inform you about our statutes. If you agree, your buddy will send you all the necessary documents to become a member. If you already know someone at ABC, this person will be your buddy. Otherwise, Hendrik will do this, he is our onboarding pro.

STEP 3

The "official" part.

You will receive the membership form and the privacy and commitment declaration from your buddy. He or she then forwards the signed documents to the board to confirm your membership. Welcome to the ABC!
